For Your Eyes Only (*_^)...

Experimenting with my all time favourite - chocolate ball.

I normally roll the ball-shaped cake into a bowl of chocolate rice, but this time I dipped them into coloured melted chocolate, piped some milk chocolate on top to resemble dripping hot choc sauce and topped with glazed cherry.

There, they look like icecream now. My mini icecream... yummms

Perfect to grace your dessert/candy table.

Raya Cakes

i'm trying my best to catch up posting photos of my raya orders. rasa ketinggalan sangat. these two cakes ordered by hubby's friend aka our neighbour for their raya open house1.5kg carrot walnut with cream cheese frosting.

2kg choc moist cake fully covered in choc ganache. if you notice both cakes telah dipotong, as requested by customer untuk mudahkan tetamu makan. tq asfa & wife :-)
