Saya jarang buat kek hantaran buttercream. Jarang-jarang sekali. The last one was 4 years ago rasanya.

Saya lebih selesa bermain dengan fondant untuk sebarang kek hantaran mahupun kek perkahwinan.

Tapi baru-baru ini bila berlaku krisis bahan-bahan asas membuat fondant di pasaran, saya tiada pilihan melainkan menawarkan kepada pelanggan untuk tukar kek fondant kepada buttercream based sahaja.

I do feel sad tak dapat tunaikan hajat asal pelanggan. Tapi selepas siap kek nya, I'm glad I did!!!

Cake so sweet saya rasa nak simpan sendiri je! Hahaha... maafkan tahap keperasanan melampau tu. Jarang saya berterus terang begini :-P.

It was kind of a last minute order. I was chosen as a replacement since her 1st baker back out in the last minute and left her in chaos. Discussion was in a very speedy mode because I was given 3 days notice to produce the cake. To be honest I don't normally entertain such last minute order. Too much hassle.

But I obliged this time around. And I'm glad I did.

I took one look at my client's face when she stood there admiring my cake, seeming quite lost in her own world, and I think my hard work really worth it ;-).

There's nothing more pleasant and satisfying than making another person happy with your work.

Hantaran Tunang Aziq & Tima

Puan Hajah Fauziah specifically requested for a repeat design from my previous creation . Dengan perubahan masa, saya buat sedikit perubahan supaya nampak ada sedikit perbezaan (penambahbaikan sebenarnya!).

Kek hantaran tunang untuk anak lelaki bongsu beliau. Glad that she love it!

Kalau perlu kek yang lebih kecil saya suggest ambil cupcakes atau miniature cakes sahaja.
