masa mula-mula diberitahu warna tema kek adalah silver & pink saya agak ragu-ragu nak menghasilkan kek berwarna silver. kalau warna gold saya masih ok lagi tapi silver saya bimbang kalau hasinya nanti sekadar kelihatan seperti kelabu - malap dan suram. having silver dust powder really helps untuk naikkan kilauan silver. this set kelihatan pewter silver. alhamdulillah, saya diberi kelonggaran dari segi idea. and i have to admit this set is by far my favourite! i get to play around with my new tool - stamping gugusan bunga pada penjuru 'kain alas kek'.

bila yuni kata nak tema warna tiffany blue, saya agak tergemam pada mulanya. i know biru ada banyak shades but i've never come acroos tiffany blue. well, a request is a request maka saya google dan saya dapati tiffany blue is a patented shade of blue by the famous jewelry manufacturer tiffany & co. pelajaran baru buat saya! warnanya is something between soft baby blue with a hint (just a light hint of turqoise), maaf kalau description saya kurang tepat but at least that's how i see the colour.

so sorry yuni sebab saya terlupa nak tanggalkan gumpalan tisu dari gumpaste ribbons. they were there to hold up the shapes, tapi bagus juga tak tanggal at least until the cakes safely reached muar, boleh minimise risk patah or becomes flat again.

Tempahan untuk bulan Oktober sudah dibuka semula tetapi tarikh 16, 17, 18, 19 dan 22 Oktober sudah penuh.

Memandangkan soon kita akan berinjak ke bulan November dan seterusnya Disember iaitu bulan-bulan di mana kita akan mendengar wedding bells ringing :-) suka saya nasihatkan jika anda berhajat nak engage saya untuk sediakan kek hantaran atau wedding cake, sebaik-baiknya place your order now. Saya yakin semua bakal pengantin idamkan majlis yang indah baik dari segi pakaian, makanan, hantaran hinggalah ke kek. Jadi eloklah buat perancangan awal sebab saya bimbang jika diberi masa yang singkat hasilnya nanti tak memuaskan hati saya sendiri. Dan saya juga lebih suka kalau diberi kebebasan untuk menggunakan kreativiti sendiri. All you need to do is beri saya warna tema majlis dan tema majlis itu sendiri sama ada garden wedding, beach wedding, traditional, modern/contemporary. InsyaAllah I'd be able untuk beri anda beberapa lakaran design kek.

Saya tak galakkan anda beri sample gambar untuk saya tiru bulat-bulat.
Pertama, it is unethical untuk meniru unless kalau anda boleh beri source untuk saya mohon kebenaran.
Kedua, kreativiti antara seorang baker dengan yang lain tidak sama. Jadi it is almost impossible to ask another baker hasilkan kek yang sama dengan orang lain.
Ketiga, tanyalah any baker, mereka akan rasa terkongkong kerana tak dapat kembangkan kreativiti.

Untuk makluman, saya tidak dapat menerima tempahan kek hantaran/wedding cake bagi pertengahan November dan hujung Disember kerana sudah dibook. Sila email saya untuk tarikh-tarikh lain.

i'm trying my best to catch up posting photos of my raya orders. rasa ketinggalan sangat. these two cakes ordered by hubby's friend aka our neighbour for their raya open house1.5kg carrot walnut with cream cheese frosting.
