Pink Rose Wedding Cake

i was so excited about this order by nadhia. my first 3 tier stacked wedding cake for her sister in law wedding di jeram, kuala selangor semalam. nadhia sebenarnya is one of my regular customer. i am so thankful for her trust and support.

nadhia indicated that she wants a white and pink theme for the cake. design cake juga adalah pilihan nadhia and her sister in law. looking back at these pics i'm so glad i choose this shade of pink for the roses sebab serupa benar dengan tone fresh roses yang digunakan untuk hias pelamin. suka sangat tengok centre rose tu, very light pink tone for the outer layers and darker tone for the inner layers.

i applied pink pearl dust pada kelopak roses nak bagi berseri.

ikut plan asal i told nadhia i wouldn't be able to deliver the cake on the reception day tapi the day before bolehlah sebab bertembung dengan konsert tadika my son. mujur konsert dibuat sebelah petang so pagi semalam dapat pergi deliver and assemble sendiri cake. i'm glad i could make it to nadhia's house in jeram. masa sampai kat rumah nadhia rasa terpegun sangat tengok laman rumah di hias cantik dengan canopy white berselang seli scallop pink. kreatif sungguh family nadhia transform laman rumah yang ditanam rumput carpet mengikut tema garden wedding.

another repeat order from Wira of Celcom. asalnya wira nak 50pcs cuppies kemudiannya bertukar kepada 25pcs cuppies and one whole birthday cake for his son, ikhwan yang sambut harijadi ke 5 tahun sabtu lepas. akhirnya order bertukar kepada 1 big choc moist cake selepas kupropose kepadanya why not ambil sebiji kek besar so that boleh rasa ramai2 since wira nak celebrate kat nursery.

Repeat order from liza, my cyber friend. Kali pertama dulu liza ordered moist choc cake for raya which I forgot to put up the pic in this blog, bila cari semula dalam folder dah tak jumpa gambarnya *sigh*.

Kali ni liza order choc moist cuppies with strawberries on top untuk jamu kawan ofis. Pening juga nak cari strawberry sebab Australian & Korean strawberries yang I prefer tu dah off season again. Yang ada cuma driscolls yang tak berapa manis and the price tersangatlah mahal dari biasa.

Since we (me & liza) both balik kerja lewat, maka lewat jugalah kami bertemu untuk serahkan kek ni. Sorry ye liza tak sempat borak panjang malam tu, nak cepat2 balik rumah sambung siapkan kek untuk Wira pulak.

Princess Belle Doll Cake

I know I haven’t been updating for a long long time. Dah naik bersawang blog ni dan banyak pics yang tertangguh, going to upload them one by one. Sorry ye.

yasmin wants to surprised her daughter sofiyah with a princess belle doll cake. Since sofiyah will be wearing princess belle’s costume dress, yasmin wants the doll cake to look very much alike the real belle. the doll cake stands on a round cake yang plainly decorated seperti permintaan yasmin.

Walaupun yasmin placed her order just 3 days before the birthday, I tried my best to make her daughter’s dream come true. Malangnya masa yasmin placed her order I don’t have dark haired doll in stock. Yasmin insisted on a brunette, merata mencari dark haired doll akhirnya, the day before deliver cake ni barulah berjumpa dengan dark haired doll. Now looking back at the photos barulah kufaham belle berambut kuning takkan serupa dengan belle berambut dark brown! And look at the picture collage of sofiyah with her cake yang yasmin email me, sofiyah look sebiji macam belle... cute.

In her email yasmin said ... “A Dream come true for my 'Lil Princess. Million thanks 2u Sharifah.. here’s her pix to share with u …Thanks again…”

I’m glad for once again the sight of my cake brought a smile to the birthday girl.
